Sunday Morning Run

I woke up this morning to a clear sky and sunny but breezy weather and just knew I wanted to go for a run; so I did!

I have been coming up with a running plan so that I can slowly but surely start to run again (more on that this coming week). For today, I ran 25 minutes, running 3 minutes, walking 1 minute. It worked out great and though I was ubber slow, I don’t care! It felt great and I ran and that’s all that matters to me 🙂

I’m a happy girl now so I am off to make {gluten-free} pancakes and enjoy the rest of my Sunday!
