Morning Beach Runs

For the past few months I have really wanted to get back into running. There is no other sport or exercise that makes me feel as great as running does. But I just haven’t done it. I am now on a month long vacation and have tons of free time so there is no better time to jump back on the horse.

After being inspired by a few of my favorite bloggers,  Healthy Ashley’s determination to run again after her cycling accident and by Healthy Tipping Points’ Twitter comment about running being a big mental challenge, I decided it was now or never. If I was serious about running again I just needed to do it!

So…I did.

It was very slow, it was hard but I was so happy afterwards. My goal now, is to run at least every other morning while in Mexico and to run short runs to get back into it. Hopefully, I will fall in love with running all over again 🙂

I will report back soon on how my runs are going!
