The Last TWO Weeks of Exercise

As I mentioned yesterday, I am behind in blogging and that means I have also been behind on posting my exercise successes of the past two weeks. Opps! So here it is, catching up on the last two weeks!

Monday (February 6th): Yoga Day! More and more, I am realizing how yoga is going to benefit my life. I love it!

Wednesday (February 8th): Yoga! One hour of stretching and relaxing 🙂

Thursday (February 9th): I tried out Spin class at my local recreation center. This class was INTENSE! The music was too loud and I could not hear my instructor but I did get my butt kicked and after the 45 minute work out I was pooped.

Saturday (February 11th): I took our family dog for a walk around a nearby lake. 30 minutes of walking and breathing in fresh air was a lovely start to my weekend.

Monday (February 13th): Yoga! How I ❤ thee.

Tuesday (February 14th): Another spin class. A different instructor. My favorite so far! 45 minutes of listening to up-beat love songs was the perfect way to spend my Valentines 🙂

Friday (February 17th): Spin! I guess I am starting to like spin since I went three times in two weeks. This class was an intro class and was a little on the easy side. I am definitely past the intro stage! Yippee 🙂

Continued Goal: Get in three workouts per week!

I will report back on this week come Friday! Promise! 🙂

I’ve been following your blog for quite some time now and I have to say what an inspiration you have been to me to get motivated about my fitness and travels 🙂 I started to make my own list of weekly goals and I’m not doing so great with mine but when I see how honest you are with your goals I’m gonna keep on trying.

Hope you have a great week!

Hi Caroline, Thanks so much for your comment! Exercise is definitely not easy for me either! 😦 BUT I definitely feel that setting goals has been helping for me! Keep trying and I a bet it might help you too! (Finally, after all these years of struggling, setting goals is keeping me on track! :)). Have a wonderful week! PS I wish I could travel all the time!
